En este rol realizaras y aseguraras la excelencia en el servicio, providing a deal áagile and timely; in order to comply with the duties and responsibilities established in the operational manuals and the Management Systemón Integral.

 

Specific functionsíyou stay:

-To meet, guide and direct the passenger at each point of contact, in accordance with the provisions of the procedures; in order to ensure that the operationón of flights are handled safely and thusí obtain quality in service.

-Ensure excellent customer service, a través of satisfactionón of the needs and requirements of the same; in order to guarantee the continuous improvement of the organizationón.

-Support the Supervisor, Agent Líder or other collaborators, in case of delays, interrupted flights, overbooking or cancellations, performing the duties assigned; in order to guarantee the continuous improvement of the organizationón.

 

Check- in / the requirements to address:

Required work experience: 6 months of experience in service and attention companiesón al cliente.Bachillerato finalizado.

Language: visualés B2 – indispensable

Must: Residir en Galápaid
