Customer Service Agent Part Time – GUY
En este rol, realizaras y aseguraras la excelencia en el servicio, providing a deal áagile and timely; in order to comply with the duties and responsibilities established in the operational manuals and the Management Systemón Integral.
Specific functionsíyou stay:
• To meet, guide and direct the passenger at each point of contact, in accordance with the provisions of the procedures; in order to ensure that the operationón of flights are handled safely and thusí obtener calidad en el servicio.•Ensure excellent customer service, a través of satisfactionón of the needs and requirements of the same; in order to guarantee the continuous improvement of the organizationón•Support the Supervisor, Agent Líder or other collaborators, in case of delays, interrupted flights, overbooking or cancellations, performing the duties assigned; in order to guarantee the continuous improvement of the organizationón.

Work experience: Experiencia en posiciones de servicio al cliente (desirable).
Requirements: schedule flexibility.
Language: visualés B2 intermediate
