Logistics Assistant

The Supply Chain Department of DHL Express Ecuador is looking for a Logistics Assistant.

Based in Quito, We are looking for a Logistics Assistant for the Supply Chain area, where your purpose will be to execute the operational processes assigned by your immediate leader. Guarantee compliance with established procedures for assigned tasks.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Material receipt
• Physical examination process.
• Preparation Labels and marking
• Physical location process.
• Order preparation
• Assembly of kits.
• Packing
• Dispatch
• Cycle counts
• Labores de house Keeping
• Address client requirements inherent to the role
• Management and handling of equipment
• Meet assigned performance indicators
• Archive documents according to defined parameters
• Perform assigned activities according to the scope of the position

We are looking for people who work as a team, with a process agility mentality, very good customer service.

Knowledge of MS Office – Intermediate
