• Renovationón de convenios con proveedores de APV (Aprovisionamiento a Bordo – comida de avión).
• Renovationón de convenios con hoteles para COBUS y contingencias.
• Administrationón y control de fondos fijos.
• Revisionón y análisis del libro de ventas.
• Guestón del registro y pago de tasas GPS/SCY.
• Emissionón y seguimiento de facturas TM y otros documentos.
• Guestón de PR (Purchase Requests) y seguimiento del proceso de compras.

🎯 ¿Whaté You need to take off in this role?

• Ser profesional de las carreras de Ingeniería comercial, Guestón empresarial o afines.
• If you handle yourself backwards and forwardsés con Excel y G Suites ya estás a step mágo ahead because for this positionón ¡it is very necessary!
• To beá un plus si además tienes conocimientos en ERP (como SAP o Oracle), herramientas de análisis de datos (como Power BI o Tableau), y/o experiencia en procesos administrativos o gestióN of purchases.
• We need you to have an intermediate or advanced level of English. If you got this far, we’re flying in the same direction!
