En este rol realizaras y aseguraras la excelencia en el servicio, providing an agile and timely treatment; in order to comply with the duties and responsibilities established in the operating manuals and the Comprehensive Management System.
Funciones específicas:
To meet, guide and direct the passenger at each point of contact, in accordance with the provisions of the procedures; in order to guarantee that the operation of the flights is handled safely and thus obtain quality in the service.
Ensure excellent customer service, through the satisfaction of the needs and requirements of the same; in order to ensure the continuous improvement of the organization.
Support the Supervisor, Lead Agent or other collaborators, in case of delays, interrupted flights, overbooking or cancellations, performing the duties assigned; in order to ensure the continuous improvement of the organization
Check- in / the requirements to address:
Required work experience: 6 meses de experiencia en empresas de servicio y atención al cliente.
Bachillerato finalizado.
Language: inglés B2 – indispensable
