Estamos buscando un Tripulante de Cabina

En este rol serás responsable  de cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad, aero regulationsáUticas, on board service and polícompany ethicsñía, propiciando una operationón safe, efficient and comfortable in the passenger cabin of the aircraft.

Specific functionsíyou stay:

• Carry out the procedures established in the Cabin Crew Manual, including: briefing, Reading of úlatest circulars and bulletins, documentsón al día, compliance with safety and presentation standardsón personal.

• Ejecutar los procedimientos de operación y de servicio a bordo definidos en los manuales durante su asignación, ensuring decision making under normal conditions, contingencies and emergencies, in favor of safety and to guarantee an excellent service on board, with the propósite to promote memorable travel experiences, gaining the loyalty of travelers through serviceón of a secure service, empáethical and decisive.

• Detect in operationón the findings, non-conformities and opportunities for improvement of operational processes, security and service on board, relacionados con Tripulantes de Cabina y reportarlos en los diferentes canales dispuestos por la Compañía.

• Reportar cualquier novedad a su Boss de Cabina para registro de los respectivos informes en el libro de mantenimiento de cabina, respecto a las anomalías, incidents and inconsistencies that arise, así as news that must be recorded in the flight report, in order to guarantee the correct development of the operationón.

• Carry out on-board sales defined by the Companyñía de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.

 Check- in / the requirements to address:

• Formationón académica: Professional career or being an active student in a t programécnic or university.

• Work experience: 6 months in customer service desirable.

• Language: visualés B2.

• Swimming and floating are essential

• Contar con pasaporte vigente

• Visa americana de turismo (desirable)
