We are looking for a Cabin Crew Member

In this role you will be responsible for complying with safety procedures., aeronautical regulations, service on board and Company policies, promoting safe operation, efficient and comfortable in the passenger cabin of the aircraft.

Specific functions:

Carry out the procedures established in the Cabin Crew Manual, including: briefing, reading latest circulars and bulletins, documentation up to date, compliance with security regulations and personal appearance.

Execute the on-board operation and service procedures defined in the manuals during their assignment, ensuring decision making under normal conditions, contingencies and emergencies, in favor of safety and to guarantee an excellent service on board, for the purpose of promoting memorable travel experiences, gaining the loyalty of travelers through the provision of a safe service, empathetic and decisive.

Detect the findings in the operation, non-conformities and opportunities for improvement of operational processes, security and service on board, related to Cabin Crew and report them in the different channels provided by the Company.

Report any news to your Cabin Manager to record the respective reports in the cabin maintenance book, regarding abnormalities, incidents and inconsistencies that arise, as well as news that must be recorded in the flight report, in order to guarantee the correct development of the operation.

Carry out on-board sales defined by the Company in accordance with established procedures.

Check- in / the requirements to address:

Academic training: Professional career or being an active student in a technical or university program.

Work experience: 6 months in customer service desirable.

Language: English B2.

Swimming and floating are essential

Have a valid passport

American tourist visa (desirable)
