Purpose:

Ensure daily store operations run efficiently, providing an excellent customer experience and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff: Organize schedules, assign tasks, train the team and monitor performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service: Resolve concerns, handle complaints and ensure that customers receive quality care.
• Meet sales goals: Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and other performance indicators.
• Control inventory: Supervise the receipt of merchandise, supplying products and minimizing losses.
• Maintain store presentation: Verify that products are correctly displayed, that the store is clean and tidy, and that the brand standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational processes and company policies.
• Generate reports and communicate results: Inform management about sales, inventories, incidents and team performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Administration, Sales and/or Marketing.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supervisory positions, Store Management or similar positions.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in Retail or Duty Free Business.
• Intermediate Level of the English Language (Preferable).
