The airline Amaszonas Bolivia requests to fly to Latacunga Ecuador in charter mode from Santa Cruz de la Sierra, in its CRJ-200 aircraft with the capacity to 50 passengers.

After public document, filed with the CNAE – National Civil Aviation Council of Ecuador, the legal representative of the airline in the country, has applied for the non-regular air transport operation permit, international, public cargo and non-regular mail in charter mode, as detailed below with date 18 of August:

This request does not imply that the airline will operate or that this request will be approved., but in any case it opens a good connectivity proposal for Ecuador, but above all, for the central highlands of the country and would be the first international passenger destination that would operate towards Latacunga, taking into account that previously, LAC also operated in charter mode some destinations in the Caribbean mainly from Cotopaxi Airport.
