In what is part of the collaboration campaign between LATAM Airlines and Disney, where previously a Boeing 767-300ER carried Mickey Mouse on the "Plane of Dreams", The opening of Star Wars will be celebrated with a special painting: Galaxy’s Edge located at Disney’s Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.

And a Boeing 777-32W(IS) with registration PT-MUA, with MSN serial number 37664 LN:727, with 11 years since your first flight, powered by two GE GE90-115B engines and operating for LATAM Brazil, a huge Stormtrooper painted on the tail of the aircraft, will take one of the most popular film franchises to another level beyond this galaxy.

You can see the name of the new attraction Galaxy's Edge, the disney world logo, logo de Star Wars y el Stormtrooper.
Detail of the painting, also being a mixture of special stickers designed to resist changes in temperature, wind, pressure and everything that an airplane is exposed to day by day. This work was carried out in specialized workshops in Abu Dhabi (AUH), from where you will start your return flight after a routine checkup.
Designed by the Disney creative team in conjunction with Lucasfilm, The exterior illustration of the “Stormtrooper Plane” was painted using 2.500 liters of paint during 21 days. The plane is a Boeing 777 with capacity up to 410 passengers, equipped with the new LATAM cabin standard, including the new Premium Business service with direct access to the hallway; a renovated Economy cabin and LATAM+ Seats; the latter have more space, exclusive upper compartment and premium services, as priority boarding.
