El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Movilidad Humana facilitará la informationón de ecuatorianos que se encuentre concentrado en ciudades/países extranjeros, al Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas a fin de organizar la logística aérea. La Cancillería con base a la información proporcionada por el MTOP definirá con dicha entidad la frecuencia y origen de los vuelos, promoting the priority return of the people described in the segments of the Protocol of 23 march 2020 and other complementary regulations.
