The airline LATAM Ecuador reported on the restart of its international flights from the Airports of Guayaquil and Quito.
LATAM Airlines Ecuador, reported that its international flights resumed on 1 October 2020 passed with the first regular commercial flight that departed from Guayaquil to Santiago de Chile, more than 100 passengers. This route will operate with two weekly frequencies on Mondays and Fridays.. for now, The borders of this country are open for Chileans and residents.
What's more, LATAM announced the opening of its Lima route – Quito – Lima, starting next 8 October, with three weekly frequencies, the same ones that are scheduled for Mondays, Thursday and Saturday operated by the Peru subsidiary.
These routes, that have competitive rates and a broad flexibility policy, will increase their frequencies in relation to passenger demand and travel restrictions in the countries where they operate.

International flights
Flights to Santiago and Lima will operate at the following proposed initial times:
Guayaquil – Santiago – Guayaquil
- Takes off from Guayaquil at 10:00 hours and lands in Santiago at 16:51 hours with a duration of 4 hours and 51 minutes.
- Takes off from Santiago at 17:58 hours and lands in Guayaquil at 21:15 hours with a duration of 5 hours and 17 minutes.
Lima – Quito – Lima
- Takes off from Lima at 12:40 hours and lands in Quito at 14:57 hours with a duration of 2 hours and 17 minutes.
- Take off from Quito at 17:56 hours and lands in Lima at 20:10 hours with a duration of 2 hours and 14 minutes.
From Ecuador, Flights to New York and Lima from Guayaquil are pending reactivation, where in the case of flights to Jorge Chávez they would begin the 25 next October with 4 weekly flights.
