The Venezuelan Consortium of Aeronautical Industries and Air Services (Conviasa) announced that it will reactivate the next 18 of June its commercial connection between Caracas, Venezuela and Tehran, Iran.

This direct flight will operate every 15 days with a duration of 13 hours and 30 minutes, departing on Saturdays from the International Airport of Maiquetia "Simon Bolivar", at 04:00 pm, returning from Imam Khomeini International Airport on Tuesdays, at 05:30 in the morning.

The evident growth and expansion that the state airline has had in recent years position it as a productive consortium at the forefront of the development of commercial air transport, offering more options for travelers between Venezuela and Caribbean countries, Latin America, asian and Europe.

The offer of destinations abroad from the International Airport of Maiquetía "Simón Bolívar", encompasses connections with Viru Viru, (Bolivia), Cancún, Toluca and Santa Lucia (Mexico), Moscow (Russia), Panama and Havana (Cuba), these last two destinations also with flights to Managua (Nicaragua).

Conviasa also carries out operations to Madrid (Spain), Guayaquil and Quito (Ecuador), Lima (Peru), Santiago de Chile and Buenos Aires (Argentina), in addition to the newly opened destination to the paradisiacal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

The airline With its expansion plan, it also expects to continue interconnecting the country's main cities and tourist regions, currently adding 17 national destinations.
