The governments of Ecuador and Argentina signed an agreement that releases theífrequency miteréAreas that can be operated between both nations.

Frequencies

Both Parties agree that their airídesignated areas mayán operate without itílimit of frequencies in combined services with the exercise of third-party rights, quarter, fifth and sixth freedom for passengers, cargo and mail combined, and yeséoptimal freedom for exclusive loading, on agreed routes.

Non-regular operations

Each Party authorizeá non-scheduled passenger flights between points where there are no services toéestablished regular inmates.
In cases where such regular services exist, will be grantedán conditional authorizationsón that the offer of non-scheduled flights does not endanger economic stabilityómica of existing regular services.

Exclusive cargo servicesérea

All línever aédesignated area that deals with the international transportation of cargo toérea receiveá non-discriminatory treatment with respect to access to facilities and services for dispatch, manipulationón, storage and facilitationón of load.

This is very good news for connectivity for the país, since the increase in frequencies couldíto imply an increase in demand, generating a reductionón of fares for passengers.

The transportation of passengers in theñO 2023 between both of themíses presentó a growth of 730.92%, in relationón al añprevious one 2022.
