📢 We are looking for our next QUALITY ANALYST to join the Ecuador Cargo Line Maintenance Management in Quito. You will be the protagonist in ensuring documentary compliance, legal and regulatory maintenance of the cargo operator, ensuring that records, evidence of airworthiness and associated management systems remain complete, traceable and aligned with the requirements of DGAC Ecuador Party 121 / 145 and FAA Part 145. You will have a key role in protecting operational safety and reducing regulatory risks through documentary control, audit management and effective monitoring of findings and action plans.

🚀 There is no routine here, every day brings a new challenge. Among your main responsibilities will be:

 

• Manage and control maintenance documentation and records, ensuring integrity, traceability and availability for inspections and audits.
• Verify and ensure documentary and regulatory compliance of maintenance processes, identifying deviations and gaps from applicable regulations and procedures.
• Plan and coordinate internal audits, regulatory and certifying entities, consolidating evidence and managing responses to observations and findings.
• Manage and monitor action plans derived from audits and reports, ensuring effective closure and recurrence control.
• Manage the AQD system and monitor compliance metrics and maintenance SMS performance, delivering timely information to the areas involved.

 

🎯 What do you need to take off in this role?

 

• Be a professional in aeronautical technology careers, industrial engineering, mechanical or related, ecxluyente.
• It is essential that you have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• If you use Google Workspace backwards and forwards, Appsheets, Analysis and reporting tools (BI) You are already one step ahead because for this position it is very necessary!
• You must have a DGAC Ecuador or FAA aeronautical license.
• It will be a plus if you also have knowledge of FAA Part Regulations. 145, DGAC Regulations Ecuador Party 121 and 145, SMS, QA.
• We need you to have an intermediate or advanced level of English. If you got this far, we’re flying in the same direction!
