📢 We are looking for our next OPERATIONAL SAFETY ANALYST to join the Operational Safety Management in Quito, Ecuador. You will be the protagonist in ensuring the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Operational Safety Management System (SMS) from the XF operator, aligned with LATAM corporate guidelines and current regulations in Ecuador, identifying hazards and managing operational risks.

🚀 There is no routine here, every day brings a new challenge. Among your main responsibilities will be:

 

• Implement and maintain the XF SMS in accordance with corporate and regulatory guidelines, ensuring coverage of critical processes and operational risk control.
• Manage and audit documentation, SMS metrics and indicators, guaranteeing traceability, change control and dissemination of results for decision making.
• Integrate and strengthen risk management through the articulation between SMS and QMS, promoting causal analyzes, corrective actions and control of non-conformities.
• Coordinate and ensure regulatory compliance with the DGAC Ecuador, including SMS requirements, audits and associated evidence.
• Participate in and manage preparation for IOSA audits and updating of associated programs and manuals, ensuring alignment with ISARPs standards and dangerous goods regulations.

 

🎯 What do you need to take off in this role?

 

• It is essential that you have at least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• If you use BigQuery and Google Workspace backwards and forwards, you are already one step ahead because for this position it is very necessary!!
• It will be a plus if you also have knowledge of SMS/Quality System/Aeronautical Regulations.
• We need you to have an intermediate or advanced level of English. If you got this far, we’re flying in the same direction!

• Location: Quito, Ecuador.
• Working day: complete.
• Type of contract: Fixed term for 6 months, with possibility of renewal.
