Guide to be a Passenger Cabin Crew

Guide to be a Passenger Cabin Crew

In past installments we wrote about Guíhow to be a pilot, On this occasion, the Guíto be a Passenger Cabin Crew or incorrectly called Hostesses or Hostesses in Ecuador.

Paso 1 – The call:

There are schools that offer courses, pero estas ofrecen la experiencia de lo que es la capacitación de los tripulantes, but it does not imply an advantage and less an official license.

Paso 3 – Interviews:

in this interview, among other points, the airínea verificará si el candidato puede trabajar en equipo y bajo presión.

Paso 4 – The course:

The course lasts approx.

Paso 5 – operational experience:

Airbus press photo We start a review of the most important news, some charge for completing the initial crew course, that borders the $3.000 dólares up.

¿It is fácil convertirse y ser Tripulante de Cabina?

But the reality is different. It is a very responsible position..

  5. In the Dominican Republic there is a very high-level school that offers online or face-to-face training with the opportunity to move to the DR to receive the certificate. It is a school that is certified by IDAC and congratulated by ICAO and FAA, the document can be validated, although if you apply to an airline you will have a much greater chance of passing the interview due to the excellent preparation and fear of a document from a country that certifies that you are a TC… Then, from there, you would not have to validate it because when the airline gives you the training of its planes and policies, they will give you the license that is required for the base from where your flights will be.. I studied there, it's excellent.

  6. Some airlines have a TCP training center in Ecuador? Which?
There are airlines that offer the training course without the need to hire? In order to obtain the DGAC license?

    1. The only course for cabin crew is the one carried out by the airline, no other. if you have another career, It will be very good, since it will allow your CV to stand out from the rest.

  18. I did a flight crew member course in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In Ecuador, this title can be validated in order to obtain the license and be able to fly and what requirements would be needed to carry out this process.

  25. Hello there, I want to be a cabin crew but I measure 1,56 Do you think they will accept me on any airline?? I have English courses too

  26. Hello, how are you, I would like to ask, can I apply as a flight attendant only with the title of being a bachelor or should I follow a university degree?
And the license only gives me the airlines and the courses that provide training do not give me any license I want to be a flight attendant and I wanted to find out more

    1. Every call is different, some airlines only ask for a bachelor's degree, Others will ask for a university degree.. The license is only given by the airlines, as explained in this post.

  27. Hello, good afternoon, a question, how do I know if the course I am going to enter to be a TCP is true and not a scam, I am from Quito, Ecuador, thank you

  28. ismenia carrión sotomayor

hello , I lost my guide to being a pilot , I am very interested , I would like to have reliable and updated information , guide me please!

  29. Kind regards, I have my daughter 18 Recently graduated from high school, he wants to study to be a cabin crew,
A school will start on September 29 2018
My question is what schools are approved in Ecuador to grant the title or certificate of cabin crew and what do they need to be able to work in that field later?, I just read that they say that only the airlines, when they have a need, offer these courses, please I do not want to waste money on courses that later do not serve you… She measures 1,57 besides, he is going to study another career at the university, he will also enter soon ….. But she likes being Stewardess grateful for her answer

      1. Excuse me, explain me something about this topic that I still can't understand , no course grants this license ? And how can we become cabin crew ? Look, I was consulting and I'm on my way to Ecuador, they told me it's a school for 15 months there is another called leadership and it is 3 days. And besides, I study online but I no longer understand which is better and how can I acquire the official certificate to be able to apply for a call from airlines requesting personnel

        1. The only way to obtain a cabin crew license is by completing the course with the airline, the other companies such as those indicated are only training companies that will allow you to have a notion of what it is like to be a TCP.

          1. that is, the airlines are the ones that have institutes for preparation ? And how can I enter any ? could you recommend me one ?

            1. No, airlines don't have institutes, they are simply the only ones that can give a course that ends in a license. The only way to enter an airline is when they make a call for crew hiring and you pass the filters of the interviews and others like any hiring process.

  30. good afternoon thanks for the information you give on this page a question because the DAC or the ETAF do official courses for stewardesses in coordination with the different airlines that are here in Ecuador or they can also be with the TAME do TCP courses to work in different airlines in any airlines in South America or North America the classes should be taught for me at the ETAF or DAC facilities I would like to be given four calls to stewardess courses per year forever because I would like for a niece of mine this concern of mine would be of actually the training I thank you for the information or in that case contact an airline to teach the course
