In the request recently submitted to the National Civil Aviation Council of Ecuador – CNAC, the company Sierra Negra Airlines SierraAir CIA. LTDA. whose commercial name is ConectaAir requests the operating permit under the air taxi modality:

In the request for the granting of an operating permit, the company seeks to provide public air transport services, domestic, not regular, in air taxi mode or private flights, passenger, cargo and mail combined. Equally, it is specified that the operation will be only in the Ecuadorian mainland and not in the Galapagos. The aircraft with which they will fly will be Cirrus SR22 Turbo aircraft., year of production 2017, which will make them the newest and most modern aircraft flying in all of Ecuador.
