In true Marty McFly style, once a year planes travel through time, forward or backward one year depending on the time zone from where they take off.
This is something that has always happened, but recently thanks to the growing use of platforms like Flight Radar has allowed us to realize some interesting aeronautical situations that happen without us noticing.
Time travel is possible and it happens every day, but more AvGeek or conspicuously happens every year end when airplanes take off, let's say in the 2019 and land on 2018. The same thing happens when an airplane takes off from 2018 and land on the 2019, but this is not as flashy as going back in time.
This "phenomenon" happens every day, when a plane takes off on one day and lands on another, all thanks to the time difference of the countries, although changing from one year to the next is much more interesting.
The time zone divides the different geographical areas into 24 areas by a meridian and each of those has a relationship with coordinated universal time or UTC and there are countries that may have different ones in their territory given their extension..
This division causes the planes to travel in time, For example, we have these flights that can be followed in real time when they take off in one year and land in another.:

It is so interesting that some of these flights when they take off will celebrate the New Year twice in the air and others also twice in the air, would you like to have 2 end of year partys?
But of course, They are not the only flights, There are a variety of airplanes that manage to go back in time like these:

The clearest example of time travel is the flight of United Airlines 890 which takes off every year from Shanghai in China at 00:20 decade 1 January and lands in San Francisco at 18:50 decade 31 December all thanks to the 16 hours difference that exists between both cities.
Interesting, TRUE? I don't know about you, but someday I would like to be on one of these flights and feel the sensation of traveling in time, even, just because of the famous time zone.
