- Flight PU601 will take off from Madrid at 01:05 am and will land at Mariscal Sucre in Quito at 05:35 am behind 11 hours with 30 approximate flight minutes directly.
- With the same flight number PU601 will take off from Quito at 07:35 am to land in Guayaquil at 08:30 am con 55 minutes long.
- For the return to Madrid, Flight PU602 will take off from Guayaquil at 10:30 am and will land back at its base in Madrid at 04:50 am behind 11 hours and 20 minutes approximately non-stop.
