LATAM Airlines Group announces that it will introduceá a superior cabin class, Premium Economy, on all its flightséstical and international within Latin Americaérich operated by Airbus A320 family aircraft (A319, A320, A320neo and A321; short and medium range aircraft), from the 16 march 2020.
From this date, LATAM beá the úonly operator that has a premium service throughout its entire network 145 destinations in 26 paísix and five continents, by having Premium Economy for short and medium range aircraft (familia Airbus A320) and Premium Business for long-range aircraft (Boeing 787, 777, 767 y Airbus A350).
Once implemented, LATAM offerá two classes of service on all flights operated by short and medium range aircraft: Premium Economy y Economy. Economy passengers tooén maintenanceán the opción to choose LATAM+ Seats - with greater spaciousness and reserved space in the overhead compartments- in the majoríto the company flightsñía.
I have traveled on the route from GYE to Santiago and for the same they use an Airbus A319 plane that is totally uncomfortable.
I estimate this plane is fine for short-term trips , not for a traveler of more than 4 hours
You should evaluate putting a more comfortable plane for this route
