- Avoid being around people who are at higher risk for serious illness during 14 days, whether you get tested or not.
- Get tested 3 a 5 days after the trip and stay home for 7 days after the trip.
- These are all recommendations, no mandatory measures.
Negative test to travel
As we had already mentioned, from the 26 of January of 2021, All passengers seeking to fly to the United States must present a negative test document carried out maximum 3 days before the flight:
- From the 26 from January, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, CDC) will require that all passengers traveling to the United States. Recovery documentation must include:
- Proof of positive test result issued at most 90 days before departure
- A letter from a certified health care provider or public health official clearing you to travel
