Aeroregional resumed its regular flights between the cities of Quito and Santa Rosa (serves the city of Machala) with four weekly frequencies.
Last 15 april 2022, and after more than two years that the route will be suspended due to the pandemic and the closure of Tame EP, both cities once again had regular commercial flights by the hand of Aeroregional, who returned to the road.
Again there are flights between Quito and Santa Rosa
The airline operates the route with four weekly frequencies on Mondays, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday using Boeing aircraft 737-500 with capacity for 129 passengers and Boeing 737-400 with capacity for 145 passengers. According to airline forecasts, there is the capacity to transport 25 thousand passengers per year on this route.
Regarding the hours, the airline operates as follows:
- Flight 7A-851 takes off from Quito at 12:00 hours and lands in Santa Rosa at 12:50 hours.
- Flight 7A-850 takes off from Santa Rosa at 14:00 hours and lands back in Quito at 14:50.
