Today I will tell you about the different changes and how the flights of LATAM Airlines in its different international routes in Ecuador.
During August, good news was confirmed for the air connectivity of the Ecuador, including the return of the direct route between Quito and Miami from LATAM Ecuador, with which there are also changes in the itineraries.
In order to adapt the new routes, LATAM Airlines has modified its network of international flights in Ecuador, so we see an increase in flights between Quito and Lima, the route to Buenos Aires moves to Guayaquil and frequencies to Bogotá are increased. Below is the summary of all these changes:
Increase in flights to Lima
As part of this strategy, flights between Lima and Quito will increase to 2 daily flights operating at the following times:
- Flight LP2430 takes off from Lima at 05:10 hours and lands at 07:30 hours (plane follows miami).
- Flight LP2382 takes off from Lima at 08:40 hours and lands at 11:00 hours.
As for the return to Lima, the flights will operate as follows:
- Flight LP2383 takes off from Quito at 12:00 hours and lands at 14:15 hours.
- Flight LP2431 takes off from Quito at 20:10 hours and lands at 22:25 hours (plane returning from Miami).
Buenos Aires moves to Guayaquil
The announced return of flights from LATAM Ecuador to Buenos Aires stands firm from 30 October, but they will have changes. This operation will now start in Guayaquil operating as follows:
- Flight XL1437 takes off from Guayaquil at 20:30 hours and lands in Lima at 22:20 hours.
- Flight XL1437 takes off from Lima at 23:45 hours and lands in Buenos Aires at 06:05 hours.
As for the return, the published schedule is as follows:
- Flight XL1436 takes off from Buenos Aires at 07:35 hours and lands in Lima at 10:25 hours.
- Flight XL1436 takes off from Lima at 12:00 hours and lands in Guayaquil at 14:05 hours.
More flights between Quito and Bogota
The announcement of the increase in frequencies in the relatively new route of LATAM Ecuador between both capitals. From the 31 October 2022, the airline will start operating 9 weekly flights.
In this way, the airline will operate two daily flights on Monday and Wednesday, while the rest of the days will maintain a frequency. The additional flight of both days is as follows:
- Flight XL1442 takes off from Quito at 19:04 hours and lands in Bogotá at 20:45 hours.
- XL Flight 1443 takes off from Bogota at 21:40 hours and lands in Quito at 23:29 hours.
