Copa Airlines announces more routes to Venezuela, with flights to Valencia and Barquisimeto, making significant progress in the recovery of its destination network in the country.
With these two additions, The airline begins to operate in four cities in the country, With Caracas and maracaibo, remaining one destination away from completing the total restitution of its historical presence in the Venezuelan market.
This reactivation will allow passengers from the center-west of the country to connect comfortably and efficiently with more than 85 destinations in 32 North American countries, Central America, the Caribbean and South America, including 17 cities in the United States, 5 cities in Mexico and more 20 destinations in the Caribbean, without having to carry out immigration or customs procedures during the connection and with checked luggage directly to the final destination.

“Returning to Valencia and Barquisimeto represents a fundamental step in our commitment to Venezuela. Starting in April, Copa Airlines will begin a progressive process of increasing frequencies and schedule adjustments, that will allow us to achieve 35 weekly flights between Venezuela and Panama by the end of May 2026.
