JetBlue presenta BlueFirst, your first class
New BlueFirst™ cab will debut later this year in a two-by-two configuration. Developed in collaboration with the Tuft brand & Needle®, The seating incorporates T foam&N Flex™, oriented to provide greater ergonomic support and pressure relief during flight. Seats offer five inches of recline and up to seven additional inches of legroom compared to main class.
In terms of technology and entertainment, Each place has an individual screen 13,3 inches with Bluetooth connectivity for wireless headphones. The system integrates the updated version of the Blueprint by platform JetBlue™, USB-A connectors, USB-C and 110V AC power outlets, plus free Fly-Fi® high-speed internet service at the gate.
Innovation in onboard service
Among the main operational innovations, the ordering function directly from the seat screen stands out.. Through the “Mixologist Mode” system, Passengers will be able to customize cocktails by selecting liquors, mixers and flavors, sending the order directly to the cabin crew.
FirstFare food service will present menus in bento boxes on flights of more than 899 miles, including main dishes, accompaniments and desserts. The proposal is complemented with wines selected by Parcelle sommeliers, specialty coffee from Cometeer and Joe Coffee, teas from Smith Teamaker and a rotation of premium snacks.
The BlueFirst™ fare includes two pieces of checked baggage, access to priority check-in lines and security checks in more than 30 airports, Group boarding 1 and reserved space in the overhead compartments.
The product will be available in all markets where JetBlue does not operate its renowned Mint™ class, consolidating the company's presence in the high-value travel segment. JetBlue will announce the first routes and the opening of sales in the coming months.
