- En este extracto se detalla que la operación de Equinoctial será únicamente chárter para operar a México, USA, Panamá, Costa Rica, sharpí, Jamaica, RepúDominican War, Curacao, Aruba, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Perú, Uruguay and Venezuela. De estos destinos se hace nota que Haití, Jamaica and Aruba, al no contar con tratados bilaterales están sujetos a estudio y autorización por parte de dichos países.

Por este motivo las operaciones de LAC se viejo fuertemente afectadas y llevo a su cierre temporal el añor past. Ahora con esta regulación vigente y nueva aerolínea habrá que ver si se modificará o revocará totalmente la medida en beneficio de este nuevo operador chárter. Actualmente cada aerolínea puede realizar un máximo of 24 ch flightsárter al añO.
- La base de operaciones de Equinoctial Air sería el Aeropuerto Internacional Alternativo de Latacunga, Cotopaxi.
- El capital inicial suscrito de la aerolínea es de USD $800.
- East á constituida como Compañía Anónima con 2 investors, cada uno con una distribución equitativa del 50% of actions.

The minimum capital required to set up an air transport company is Us 16.000 Dollars. the CNAC They cannot have given the concession with a capital of 800 Dollars

The strange thing is that to date 6/26/17 They don't even have a website., and amazing that with $800 of capital can create a “airline”, and they do not own a single plane or plane or toy!!!!
It still raises a few questions for me., but only time will tell if they take off or remain in history as another Ecuadorian airline attempt.
