With application submitted to the CNAC – National Civil Aviation Council of Ecuador, Avianca Ecuador will fly from Bogotá to Curaçao, Santa Cruz and Lima as new destinations and routes for the Ecuadorian airline.
Within the airline's growth plans for the 2018, where it is contemplated potentially fly from Ecuador to Buenos Aires and following the plans of the Avianca Holdings group, the recently renamed Avianca-Ecuador instead of AeroGal, has requested the following routes, of which 1 is new and another is resumed:
This request before the aeronautical authority was already authorized on February 2018.
Guayaquil and/or Quito – Bogota – Curacao
This route was previously operated by Avianca-Ecuador, but it was suspended and returned to be flown by Avianca Colombia when the Ecuadorian airline began to operate an additional frequency to Panama. At that time the route was stopped by AeroGal to increase a daily frequency to Panama, also from Bogota. The route to Aruba and Panama indicated below, before they were operated by Avianca Colombia.

Currently, Avianca Ecuador operates the Guayaquil and/or Quito routes – Bogota – Aruba with up to 12 weekly frequencies and the Guayaquil and/or Quito route – Bogota – Panama with up to 25 weekly frequencies on Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft. In this order the Guayaquil and/or Quito route is increased – Bogota – Curaçao with up 7 weekly flights, which until now was operated by Avianca Colombia. All these routes have third, fourth and fifth freedoms of the air, so the airline can market its spaces in each of the destinations to and from.
Guayaquil and/or Quito – Bogota – Santa Cruz
This is a completely new route for Avianca-Ecuador, at least from Bogotá, since currently the Ecuadorian airline operates to Santa Cruz in Bolivia via Lima with 7 weekly flights. Also the airline flies to La Paz, also from Lima, on flights previously operated by Taca or Lacsa.

This new route Quito and/or Guayaquil – Bogota – Santa Cruz has been requested to operate until 7 weekly flights on Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft with rights of up to fifth freedom of the air.
This route was approved by the Ecuadorian and Colombian authority, but it was learned that Bolivia has initially denied the request, so the route has been postponed to start the 27 October 2018:

Quito and / or Guayaquil – Bogota – Lima
This is a new order placed during the month of April, in which the airline requests to incorporate into its operating permit, too, the route Quito and/or Guayaquil Bogotá and/or Lima.

The requested route is planned to operate with 7 weekly flights with up to fifth freedoms of the air on Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft.
It should be noted that these routes have already been authorized by Aerocivil (Colombian authority) and its start date is during the month of June, so you could also see a new increase in the airline's fleet, as well as an increase in the frequency of flights from Quito and Guayaquil to Bogotá.
With this new route assignment in favor of Avianca Ecuador, the group seeks to release its planes for other routes from Colombia and take advantage of the bilateral agreements that Ecuador has, In addition to optimizing the use of the Avianca Ecuador fleet, that possibly during the year 2018, continue to grow with these and other potential routes that are being analyzed.

I disagree. Avianca Colombia should operate the route from Bogotá to Santa Cruz, I understand the Fifth Freedom but this route should be approved with Colombian crew.
It is the same as the routes of Avianca Ecuador to Curaçao, Aruba, Panama and the new as Lima. They are taking advantage of bilateral agreements, I don't find it to be a negative.
