The airline Iberia presented its new uniforms during the closing of the fourth day of the 71st edition of MBFWMadrid.

New Iberia uniforms
The Catalan designer Teresa Helbig is the first woman to collaborate with the airline, thus joining big names such as Manuel Pertegaz, Elio Berhanyer or Adolfo Domínguez, among others, who also created the uniforms for Iberia.
They presented themselves 56 styles of men and women that will wear from the month of May the 6.500 Iberia employees on board its planes and at the airports where the company operates. Nearly twenty garments and accessories were created for Iberia, including dresses, skirts, pants, flea, shirts, shelters, pockets, gloves, premama dresses, cardigan, blazers, vests, scarves, knitted jumpers, polo shirts or neckties.
The models have worn the uniforms parading in group compositions to "adopt dynamism and convey a more forceful image of uniformity", points out the Catalan creator. Designs embody avant-garde, proximity, vitality, excellence and dedication to service values in which Iberia believes and that Teresa shares. Some clothes that, besides being comfortable and functional, maintain their style and elegance over the years.
“There is a retro homage in the jackets, a very attractive unisex brio in the coat, female pants flee from rigidity and seek to be accomplices of women's movements; we have imagined dresses that we would like to wear on the street every day; there is a reinterpretation of the iconic pencil skirt suit and we have also given a lot of importance to the accessories”, adds one of the favorite designers on the Spanish scene.
Blue tones predominate in the proposal, reds, yellow and raw. Navy blue is the symbol of balance; red and yellow are the company's identifying colors: "the Red, that embodies the passion, delivery and vitality and the yellow that, besides being one of the colors of Iberia, it's stimulating, young and energetic.
