A horrible experience flying on this plane on the Madrid Uio route. Super small and uncomfortable seats. The seat sponge almost zero… It is incredible that they put these planes on a route 12 hours. With the person next to us we were nudging each other, because it was impossible to move. I don't understand how they talk about greater comfort. You can only say that about the business class.
