A company with more than 41 years of experience in the private flight sector, FBO, air ambulance and more recently as charter, is getting ready for the most important growth process in its history, will start regular domestic and later international flights.
Sarpa flights requested to Ecuador
After the incorporation of its second Embraer 145 and with plans to incorporate three additional aircraft of the model in the short term, the airline Sarpa has requested the following flights to Ecuador as indicated by the procedure before the Aerocivil:
- Medellin – Quito – Medellin with 3 weekly frequencies.
- Medellin – Guayaquil – Medellin with 4 weekly frequencies.
- Cali – Quito – Cali with 3 weekly frequencies.
- Cali – Guayaquil – Cali with 4 weekly frequencies.
- Cali – New Store – Cali with 2 weekly frequencies.
- Cali – Esmeraldas – Cali with 2 weekly frequencies.
All these flights began their process of obtaining an operating permit on 11 February 2022 before the Ecuadorian authority.
as we remember, this is an assignment request frequencies and does not imply an immediate start of flights, given that previously the company must carry out the respective procedure also in Ecuador and commercially evaluate its final feasibility of operation.

- Cali – Curacao – Cali with 1 weekly frequency.
- Cali – Aruba – Cali with 2 weekly frequencies.
- Hunting – Panama Marco A Gelabert – hunt with 2 weekly frequencies.

- Medellin – Meal – Medellin with 3 weekly frequencies.
- Medellin – Rioacha – Medellin with 4 weekly frequencies.
- Medellin – Leticia – Medellin with 2 weekly frequencies.
- Medellin – Villavicencio – Medellin with 2 weekly frequencies.
- Cali – Rioacha – Cali with 2 weekly frequency.
- Cali – Valledupar – Cali with 2 weekly frequency.
- Cali – Hunting – Cali with 4 weekly frequency.
- Cali – Leticia – Cali with 2 weekly frequency.
- Hunting – Saint Andrew – hunt with 2 weekly frequencies.
- Villavicencio – Cartagena – Villavicencio with 2 weekly frequencies

The airline has operating bases in El Dorado de Bogotá and Medellín – Black river, from which it operates with a fleet made up of Embraer 120ER aircraft, Jetstream 32EP, Learjet 45XR and the recently incorporated Embraer 145.

Remember that its origin was in Puerto Asís Putumayo, therefore the proximity to Ecuador and therefore the route to Nueva Loja although for me I would have liked it to go to Tulcán

The one in Nueva Loja surprised me a lot because I thought it was only a national airport, but in Esmeraldas I had already flown to Cali before, so I did know that one.
And, It is a national airport, but it is part of the airports considered "cross-border" so it can receive this type of flights, although it would require some modifications in the infrastructure.
