Initiating its process before the National Council of Civil Aviation of Ecuador – CNAC and waiting for its operating permit to start the certification process if it is approved, Condor Airline will seek to be the new Ecuadorian domestic airline.

The company through its legal representative requested the 18 march 2022 the granting of the operating permit for the provision of the air transport service, public, domestic, regular passenger, cargo and mail combined for the following routes and frequencies:
- GUAYAQUIL—CUENCA—GUAYAQUIL, until 14 weekly frequencies.
- GUAYAQUIL—LOJA—GUAYAQUIL, until 14 weekly frequencies.
- GUAYAQUIL— ESMERALDAS — GUAYAQUIL, until 14 weekly frequencies.
- GUAYAQUIL—QUITO—GUAYAQUIL, until 52 weekly frequencies.
- QUITO — BASIN — QUITO, until 14 weekly frequencies.
- QUITO — LOJA — QUITO, until 14 weekly frequencies.
- QUITO — SANTA ROSA — QUITO, until 14 weekly frequencies.
- QUITO — COCA — QUITO, until 14 weekly frequencies.
- QUITO- NEW STORE (Sour Lake) – QUITO, until 14 weekly frequencies.

If I remember correctly Aerogal was based in Guayaquil, but then they moved to Quito
