The last friday 15 de Abril Aeroméxico operated with the Boeing 737 Max 8 in Quito. Also the Brazilian Gol did the same, I think they were test flights. In any case, American Airlines does it regularly with the B737 Max 8. On the other hand, Copa Airlines no longer brings the B737 Max to Quito 8/9. Do you know if in the summer season Aeroméxico and United Airlines will add more frequencies operating the B737 Max 8/9?

Yes, Aeroméxico already operates the MAX in Quito, it is part of their operating permit that they recently modified. GOL flies it as a charter for Brazilian teams since they have not returned yet. It is not known about United, but it is logical since it is the replacement of the 737NG.
