For this month, LATAM will restart 5 routes in South America: São Paulo-Boston, Rio de Janeiro-Buenos Aires, Quito-Miami, Lima-Mendoza and Santiago-Puerto Natales.

The LATAM group projects a passenger operation of a 81% for october (measured in available seat-kilometres – ASK) compared to the same period of 2019 (pre-pandemic scenario). Of each month, the airline group will restart 5 routes in South America: São Paulo-Boston, Rio de Janeiro-Buenos Aires, Quito-Miami, Lima-Mendoza and Santiago-Puerto Natales.

LATAM expected to operate approximately 1.291 daily national and international flights during the month, connecting 144 destinations in 22 countries. The cargo business, while, has almost scheduled 1.400 flights in cargo planes. All these projections are subject to the evolution of the pandemic in the countries where the group operates.

in september 2022, passenger traffic (measured in rented passenger-kilometres – RPK) it was of 82,3% compared to the same period of 2019, based on a measured operation in ASK (available seat kilometers) of a 81,5% compared to september 2019. This implied that the load factor will increase 0,8 percentage points, arriving to 83,3%.

in charge, load factor was 54,9%, which corresponds to an increase of 1,5 percentage points compared to September 2019.
