In honor and in memory of a historic airline, Avianca painted another Airbus A320, but this time with the image of the 90 from LACK.
Avianca unveiled the third plane that is part of its vintage collection. This time it is an Airbus A320, license plate N821AV, who proudly wears the painting that LACSA -Líneas Aéreas Costarricenses Sociedad Anónima- used in the years 90. With this, Avianca continues to honor the legacy and history of Latin American aviation that it carries with it today and that allows it to project its mission and vision into the future. This aircraft is expected to cover flights to and from Costa Rica in the coming days.

LACSA's history with Avianca
Lacsa was founded in 1945 and in 47 years later it became part of the Group TACA, company that brought together the main airlines of Central America and that in the 2009 merged with Avianca to form one of the Latin American airlines with the greatest connectivity offered in the region. Currently, more of 400 airline employees work in Costa Rica, country from which they operate 68 weekly flights to North America, Central and South America, Being the largest operator in the Costa Rican nation.
To successfully capture this image, the work of 30 expert technicians during 12 days, who have worked in the three retro liveries that the airline has.
It is expected in the coming weeks that other aircraft will have the paint special airlines that were part of the history of Avianca.
