The Embraer E195-E2 will join the group's fleet LATAM by ordering up to 74 aircraft, what includes 24 firm deliveries and 50 additional purchasing options.

LATAM Airlines Group S.A and its subsidiaries announced today an agreement with Embraer to expand its connectivity in South America, supported by the acquisition of up to 74 Embraer E195-E2 narrowbody aircraft. The order includes 24 firm deliveries and 50 purchase options.

LATAM confirms the next incorporation of the Embraer E195-E2

Firm deliveries of the aircraft will begin in the second half of 2026, initially for LATAM Airlines Brazil and, possibly, later for other subsidiaries of the group LATAM.

This initiative underlines the group's continued investment LATAM in strengthening its national and regional operations, based on the sustained and profitable growth of the last four years. The new fleet will improve flexibility in the group's operations centers LATAM, which will allow the group to operate to new destinations and expand travel options for its clients. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, the Embraer E195-E2 combines competitive prices per seat, Superior fuel efficiency and greater passenger comfort thanks to its 2-cab configuration×2. Pratt engines driven & Whitney GTF and with advanced aerodynamics with the latest fly-by-wire technology, the plane offers up to 30% less fuel consumption per seat compared to previous generation models.

The E195-E2 will join the fleet of 362 group aircraft LATAM, which currently includes 283 Airbus of narrow fuselage, 3 Airbus widebody on short-term lease, 56 Boeing wide body and 20 freighters Boeing. From 2021, the group LATAM has expanded its network 129 a 160 passenger destinations, an increase of 24%, demonstrating its continued investment in strengthening its operations throughout the region.
