The Tocumen International Airport is on track to break records this year. With these additions, the global infrastructure of Tocumen will have 64 boarding bridges and 20 remote positions, reaching a total of 84 aircraft positions.
Jose Ruiz Blanco, general manager of Tocumen, emphasized that the Terminal 1 will maintain its operation 24/7 without interruptions during the work phases, highlighting that the plan seeks to guarantee operational efficiency for a terminal where more than 75% of users corresponds to passengers in transit.
