The airline increased new intermediate operating points to its current operating permit to Quito:

These points are Copenhagen, Oslo, gothenburg, Maastricht, Brussels, Liège, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona, Atlanta, Chicago, Columbus, Houston, The Angels, New York, Toledo and Brasilia.

UPDATE 23/10/2017:

Emirates SkyCargo was authorized to operate until 5 weekly frequencies to Ecuador from the indicated points.

In the passenger area, There are no direct flights between Ecuador and Dubai, but currently there is a codeshare agreement with Tame and JetBlue to connect Quito and Guayaquil with Dubai via New York JFK and Fort Lauderdale, airports where these fly 2 airlines and have Emirates flights. Previously, You could also connect with Sao Paulo with Tame flights.
