The aircraft models it was authorized to operate are:

• Helicopter Agusta Westland AW 109 and 119.
• Bell helicopter models B206, B212, B214ST, B407, B412, B429.
• Britten-Norman BN2A Islander and Trislander aircraft.
• Cessna C421 airplane.
• M20J Money Plane
• Piper PA-31 Navajo aircraft.

The term of this operating permit is 5 years and AIRZAB's operations and maintenance base will be at the San Cristóbal Airport in the Province of Galapagos and its main office is also in San Cristóbal.

According to DGAC records – General Directorate of Civil Aviation, AIRZAB's fleet is made up of 2 planes, although currently only one would be operational.
