Flights will operate on the following schedule on Wednesdays, friday and sunday:
- Flight PU601 will take off from Madrid at 01:05 am and will land in Quito at 05:35 am.
- Flight PU601 will take off from Quito at 07:35 am and will land in Guayaquil at 08:30 am as an intermediate stopover prior to Madrid.
- Flight PU602 will take off from Guayaquil at 10:30 am and lands in Madrid at 04:50 am.
