Conclution
Overall airline service is friendly, attentive and efficient. Being a new airline on regular domestic flights, it still lacks technological services such as web check-in or online purchase, which with time surely and with important investments, they will implement it.
The planes are obviously not new and their age is notorious, feel the vibe of a classic 90s airplane, but like i always said, You shouldn't judge an airplane by its age., although from words of airline staff, in coming years they will be renewed, logical move that should go hand in hand with its expected growth within the airline's growth plan.
Definitely, there is much to improve, but the processes, technology and others should be polished over time, For now, it is one more option in the Ecuadorian commercial air market that will seek to position itself in the market and grow at a sustained rate..
Excellent news for the country's aviation, I think we all hope that this new operation will generate competitive pressure in Ecuador, obtaining better prices and services for users. Greetings.
P.D.: The seat cover logo is Aerolineas Argentinas.
I think it is excellent that there is more supply in the national market in order to have more reasonable prices on the different routes.. Hopefully they will open their flight to Guayaquil soon and they can fly to Manta or other destinations. Nevertheless, the age of the planes is high. They couldn't lease newer planes? The economic group that is behind this airline does give financial support for the operation?
How scary to travel on an old plane I prefer Avianca or Latam
I'm always flying for my worked, but I always prefer to travel on a plane that is not so old. safety first
an old plane, doesn't mean i'm insecure.
Excellent news for the country, it could inform you which routes it only covers, it will be that the Salinas airport will work, thanks
Right here on the blog you find the routes.
I wish a plane 28 Years is not a risk to passenger safety … honestly i didn't like that . Greetings !
Age is the least of things on a plane.

Guayaquil start today. New planes imply higher operating expenses and to start, they must do it with airplanes that fit their financial numbers.
