I have been stranded here in the Dominican Republic for two months now and my flight was for the 4 April and they canceled my flight and they still haven't said anything, not even when I'll have a return flight here, the airline doesn't say anything about the situation we're in because it has been taking a repatriation flight because it doesn't take its passenger that they have your ticket the same way
This information is partially true, well in USA, we have more than 300 AVIANCA passengers with return tickets to Ecuador, however, this irresponsible aeroli does not care about the stranded at all, they already collected our money well in advance and they do not coordinate with the government, as if COPA is doing it.
Airlines are not forced to fly even more with the ban on regular commercial flights.
