fly new normal form flights plane ecuador latam airlines protocols biosafety measures

This is what it's like to fly under the new normality with LATAM Airlines

En este nuevo post les contaré cómo es volar bajo la nueva normalidad y biosafety protocols with the airínea LATAM Airlines Ecuador.

From the past 15 June 2020 the airínea LATAM Ecuador reinició su operationón judgementéstica regular de pasajeros en el país con vuelos desde Quito hacia Cuenca y Guayaquil, participamos en el primer vuelo hacia elPuerto Principal.

Atendiendo a la invitación of the aerolínea formé parte de un evento muy emotivo para la empresa, que sin duda se asemeja a la inauguración de una nueva ruta, since they were almost 3 months that operations were suspended for LATAM Airlines in Ecuador (recordar que los vuelos domésticos se formally restarted 1 June 2020), so it was a very important moment and above all, pude conocer de primera mano cómo es volar bajo esta la nueva modalidad y normalidad.

Fly in the new normal

In this opportunity, i did something different, instead of explaining them in photos as I usually do with the flight reports, prepareé a vídeo of this experience, donde capturé los momentos más importantes de regresar a un vuelo comercial para que así ustedes puedan ver de primera mano cómo es volar ahora, the procedures, protocolos y detalles ahora implementados para que ustedes también vuelvan a volar:

I look forward to reading your comments on this new flight report and ready to answer all your questions..

  1. Buenas tardes , can you please inform me. I fly on July 11 from Quito to Madrid. It is mandatory to present the covid19 test, to fly Quito to Madrid thank you very much.

  2. I see people sitting in a whole row of three, what is the distancing… they should be 2 maximum per row of 3… I don't think it's safe… the distance to respect is 1 metro, even more in a closed place… Finally, everyone decides what and how to take care of themselves… attention is minimal because they know that the possibility of infection is high, there may be asymptomatic people.. so it's not all profit…

  3. It is stupid, it is supposed that inside the plane you should also have a distance, there are positions with three people?? It already seems like a joke

      1. I really liked it, don't leave us anymore, I would travel without fear, Whoever doesn't like the new rules shouldn't do it

    1. Good morning I greet you from Bogota Colombia,Thank you for sharing the video to observe all the measures that are being taken at the start of operations, but I did notice the same thing as the previous comment, I did not see the distance between passengers inside the plane, that was reported by the same airlines, but I guess it will work little by little,Thank you for sharing your Latam success experience from Bogota..

  4. excellent work nicholas. Let's hope this new normal passes quickly., The good thing is that following the protocols you can continue traveling..
