Textron Aviation celebrated the entry into service and the first delivery of its new aircraft turboprop Beechcraft King Air 360.
The event was commemorated in a special delivery to its launch client, Stamoules Produce Company, Inc. Stamoules Produce Company is a family-owned business based in the San Joaquin Valley of central California, often referred to as the world melon center. Stamoules Produce Company, which specializes in growing and harvesting fruits, vegetables and nuts on your farm 17,000 acres, has steadily expanded its business since it started in 1927.
About the Beechcraft King Air 360
The King Air cabin 360 features the addition of innovative solutions and support (IS&S) ThrustSense Autothrottle. Autothrottle assists pilots in their critical mission of delivering people or cargo by automatically managing engine power from takeoff through climb phases, cruise, descent and flight path.
Another key upgrade in the cabin is the new digital pressurization controller, that automatically schedules cabin pressurization during ascent and descent, reducing pilot workload and increasing overall passenger comfort.
Other improvements include a lower cabin altitude in the certified ceiling of the aircraft to the 35,000 pies, more than 10 percent compared to the King Air 350i. Improved cabin altitude level provides greater comfort for passengers, especially during longer flights.
The redesigned cabin, in the meantime, Features a stunning new look with cabinets, handcrafted side dividers and shelves, improved materials and finishes, along with all new interior schemes. Other amenities that come standard across the King Air line include removable work tables, power suppliers, USB charging stations and a private aft bathroom.
