LATAM Airlines Group projects an increase in flights from this month of July in all its subsidiaries due to better market prospects.

The operational passenger projection of LATAM for July 2021 it is estimated to reach a 46% (measured in available seat-kilometres – ASK) compared to the same month of 2019, in a pre-pandemic context. This data represents the largest operation projected since the beginning of the health crisis due to SARS-CoV-2, with a significant increase compared to June's figure, what happened with 36,9%. Nevertheless, The challenges are in a reactivation of markets such as Chile and Ecuador., which have the lowest records compared to the rest of the countries where the group operates.

LATAM Airlines expects approximately 880 daily national and international flights during July, connecting 116 destinations in 16 countries. While, the division of load are scheduled during the period 1.030 flights on cargo planes, a 20% more than in the same month of 2019. All these projections are subject to the evolution of the pandemic as well as travel restrictions in the countries where the airline operates..

During June 2021, passenger traffic (measured in rented passenger-kilometres – RPK) it was of 32,1% compared to the same period of 2019, based on a measured operation in ASK (available seat kilometers) of a 36,9% compared to June 2019. This implied that the load factor decreased 10,8 percentage points, arriving to 72,2%.
