Ultrair, the worst in Colombia, its employees are rude and rude, disrespectful in Medellín at the José María Córdoba international airport, they provide their services rudely and even made many users lose their luggage because they wanted to charge 90,000 pesos for each other luggage they should take out that ultrair of the air system
And why did they want to charge them at the time of boarding? They did not previously pay for the luggage in the hold?
