LATAM Airlines progresses with the reduction of use of single use plastics and plans to close this 2023 with the total elimination of these on their flights.

The above was complemented with the work that has been carried out LATAM with its “Recycle your trip” program that promotes the segregation of certain waste generated in the onboard service to later be recycled, which is under permanent review and improvement. Currently “Recycle your trip” is operational on domestic flights in Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Colombia and is under evaluation to be implemented in Brazil soon.
