Los World Airline Awards 2023 were announced in June during a gala ceremony held at the iconic Air and Space Museum at the Paris Air Show.

Singapore Airlines has been voted by passengers as the Best Airline in the World at the World Airline Awards 2023, the fifth time the airline has won the title of Airline of the Year in the 23, twenty-three-year history of the awards.
Seven-time winner of the prestigious Airline of the Year award, Qatar Airways, ranked number 2 in the world for 2023, with ANNA – All Nippon Airways in third place, Emirates room and Japan Airlines in fifth place, of over 325 airlines included in survey results.
Grand prize winners included Qatar Airways, which obtained the Best Business Class in the World, the Best Business Class Seat in the World, the Best Business Class Lounge in the World (the Al Mourjan lounge at Hamad International Airport), the Best Business Class Lounge in the World and the Best Airline in the Middle East.
Singapore Airlines wins awards for best first class in the world, the best first class seat in the world, world's best first-class amenities and ranked No. 1 for Best Airline in Asia. In North America, Delta Air Lines led its region winning six awards. In Europe, Turkish Airlines was dominant, receiving four awards, including the highly competitive title of Best Airline in Europe.
Other important awards and categories were:
- ANA – All Nippon Airways took third place in the global ranking and repeats its previous successes by winning awards for the best airport services in the world and the cleanest airline in the world.
- Kuwait Airways wins the award 2023 as the most improved airline in the world, ahead of StarLux in second place and PLAY in third position. This award reflects an airline's quality improvement across the award program, evaluating an airline's change in overall rating and its performance in different award categories.
- AirAsia was a repeat winner of the World's Best Low Cost Airline award, a title he has won every year since 2010. Scoot won the award for the world's best low-cost long-haul airline.
- Volotea was named Best Low Cost Airline in Europe, this being one of the most competitive low-cost airline markets in the world.
- Garuda Indonesia was recognized with a top award after being voted the world's best cabin crew, sixth time achieving success in this category.
- Cathay Pacific had a remarkable achievement for 2023, as it was deemed to provide the best inflight entertainment in the world for the first time.
- EVA Air won the award for the best premium economy class in the world (the travel cabin that EVA invented more than 30 years). EVA Air also won the award for Best Catering in Premium Economy Class.
- Japan Airlines ranks number 1 in economy class, winning the award for the best economy class in the world, as well as the award for the best economy class seat in the world.
- Fiji Airways won Best Airline in Australia/Pacific for the first time, and in a double success it also won the award for Best Airline Staff Service in Australia/Pacific for the third time.
- In the India/South Asia region, Vistara reigns supreme and was again named the winner of the Best Airline in India/South Asia award, in addition to the award for the Best Airline Personnel Service for the region.
- IndiGo maintains its winning position number 1 as the best low-cost airline in India / South Asia.
- Delta Air Lines was the Best Airline in North America, in addition to Best Airline Personnel Service in the region. Sun Country Airlines wins the title of Best Low-Cost Airline in North America for the first time.
- Alaska Airlines was the Best North American Regional Airline in this highly competitive market. Air Transat was another big winner from North America after being named the World's Best Leisure Airline, an award that the Canadian airline has won on four previous occasions.
- A relatively new company on the market is FlyArystan from Kazakhstan., which won the award for the best low-cost airline in the Central Asia/CIS region.
- for the sixth time, Ethiopian Airlines has won the Best Airline in Africa award.
- In China, Hainan Airlines Named China's Best Airline for the 12th Time, in addition to receiving the award for Best Airline Staff in China.
- For the third year in a row, Air France was chosen best airline in Western Europe. The company has also continued to improve its position in the global rankings, moving up a position, from 8th to 7th, with respect to 2022.

Dear Nicholas, What a shame that these World Airline Awards were created in 1999, since I am sure that this is a small aviation company created in the middle of the world with first-class service as was its slogan., I would have been there! With great pride I can say that I was part of this company as a flight attendant, and I lived day to day with unparalleled service on board. I always thought that their work would be reactivated one day and despite not having been the flag line, it was the best in the country.. Goodbye my dear SAETA INTERNATIONAL!!!
