Located on three levels of a modern mixed-use building, adjacent to the airport passenger terminal, The Courtyard by Marriott Quito will provide its guests with direct pedestrian access to the airport facilities, optimizing your travel experience. The hotel will have 84 rooms equipped with the highest specifications of the Courtyard by Marriott brand, in addition to a bar-restaurant that will offer a unique gastronomic proposal, merging a 70% of local cuisine with a 30% of international options, thus satisfying a wide range of tastes and preferences.
For the convenience of guests, The hotel will also have a fully equipped gym, a cutting-edge business center, a meeting room with capacity for events and a grab and go market, where travelers can find a variety of products and snacks to take away.
The total investment for the construction of the Courtyard by Marriott Quito will amount to 5 million dollars and it is estimated that it will generate 60 new jobs in the country. Work is expected to begin shortly, once the respective permits are obtained, and that operations begin at the end of the first semester of 2025.
The project has received the backing and support of important government entities, As the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade Investments and Fishing, and the Municipality of Quito, who recognize its importance in strengthening the tourist infrastructure and economic development of the city and the country.
