Talking about plane crashes is not something I like., and much less remember them, since they have been terrible events that have meant the loss of many lives and to their families I offer my respect in these lines.

As I have commented in other similar installments, The objective of this publication is only to remember historically what has happened, with the aim of keeping them in mind and so that it does not happen again.

Worst plane accidents in Colombia

Speaking of the Colombian case, this country registers in the database of the best portal for these topics, Aviation Safety Network, a total of 2410 accidents with 5505 fatalities since 1919, date on which documentation of these events began. It should be noted that the list below is not complete and I have only limited it to 60 occurrences, so other accidents can be found on the ASN website (rotate the screen if you are viewing the information with a cell phone):

Finally, It is worth remembering that there are other plane accidents that do not appear in the general list because ASN limits its database to airplanes older than 12 civil or military passengers, so some records may not be found in the same.
